The two young sculptors Tramaine de Senna and Nicholás Lamas are both deeply interested in the quotidian aspects of life as a starting point for their respective practices. For this exhibition, they will be reacting to the specific conditions of Loggia’s exhibition space. While Tramaine de Senna is focused on the relationship between material representation and its political implications, Nicolás Lamas attempts to visualize the countless possibilities packed within objects. For this exhibition, Loggia has invited Mélange, a project space from Cologne that collaborates with Galeria Sabot, a self-proclaimed “travesty of a gallery” from Cluj-Napoca.
